Frilly Fins~
Just in time for the new EP! Cute new ear fins for your Merfolk! BGC. Available for all ages and genders. There are multiple versions: v1 is solid, v2 is transparent, v3 and v4 are only available for adults and more flared out to the side to hopefully appear better with more hairstyles. You can find them in Earrings, Hats, Skin detail right dimple and just for adults, Lower back tattoo.
Because of the way these are made you will need to use CmarNYC’s No ears mod.

Less Neighborhood Deco - Base Game - Beta
Tired of trying to make your own unique hood only for the surrounding houses to completely ruin your aesthetic? Well! I have a solution for you! With this mod Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, and Newcrest will have all* of their decorative houses, fences, landmarks, etc removed. Here’s an album so you can see how these worlds look with this mod.
This will replace the actual meshes with little things you can’t see. So if you use mods/cheats to make these neighborhood items buyable you’ll just have blank objects you can’t do anything with. This may also affect other worlds that reuse these base game items.
* Technically not ALL, I missed a few things/couldn’t find/didn’t want to remove. I did not remove any items that sims actually interact with. This is not finished! Consider yourselves beta testers until I feel like finishing.

**Fun fact, this mod consists of 293 packages! 293! F@$%! Packages! It’s also a rather large merged file, eventually I’ll cut down the size, but for now, you’ll all have to deal, sorry.
DIY Witch Hats
Finally sharing my Simblreen treats! There are Seven! new meshes. The flower hat can’t be worn with most eyelashes and other things found in the eyeglasses section, sorry, it’s a uv conflict. Mama’s hat (the first pic) is also available for toddlers, children, and there’s a deco version. If you got these during Simblreen, please redownload.

New mesh. BGC. Available for all ages and genders. Please keep in mind that the fuzzy bits are alpha so they won’t look right in laptop mode or on lower settings. Uses the earring texture spot so wearing earrings with these will cause texture conflicts. Found under Earrings, Hats, Skin details left dimple and right lip mole.
